The Alewife Quite a few fisherman "stories" led me to create this immitator fly. Fisherman are finding these tiny little bait fish alewives in the stomaches of so many species they've caught, because of their growing abundance. I love to try and fool a predator fish by making a bait fly as realistic as possible in my view.
