This fly I dressed to mimic the characteristics of the rainbow smelt...shimmer mixed with some colors of violet and blue melt together in the water. A Maine favorite👍 This Maine-iac is a winner when the " smelt run". Its a lil dressy , but I've caught quite a few landlocks on this pattern.
